Akansh Maurya is currently working as a HiWi at Saarland Informatics Campus with the Interdisciplinary Institute of Societal Computing group. Prior to this, Akansh has experience as a Health Data Science Researcher at Sony Research India, a Post Baccalaureate Fellow at Robert Bosch Centre for Data Science and Artificial Intelligence, a Research Intern at Indian Institute of Science, and has held various other roles in the field of Deep Learning and Machine Learning. Akansh holds a Master's degree in Visual Computing from Universität des Saarlandes, a Post-Bacc degree from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering from Institute of Engineering and Technology.

800 scientists and around 2100 students from more than 81 nations make the Saarland Informatics Campus (SIC) one of the leading locations for computer science in Germany and Europe.
