Steve Harris

Steve Harris is an experienced professional in customer retention and marketing strategy, currently serving as a Strategic Coach at SaaS Academy since September 2024. As the Founder of The Steve Harris Company since March 2022, Steve focuses on customer retention initiatives. Previously, Steve worked as a Managing Consultant at EdgeEcution from December 2010 to July 2021, contributing to management consulting and training interventions. Earlier roles include serving as Head of the Consulting Group and Lead Training Facilitator at Visible Impact from October 2005 to October 2010. Steve holds a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Mathematics from the University of Benin and a Certificate in Life Coaching from NCFE in the United Kingdom.
