Wayne McCarron

Wayne McCarron is an experienced admissions and talent management professional currently serving as the Head of Talent at Martell Media since July 2025, and as the Director of People and Talent Lead at SaaS Academy since January 2022. McCarron's prior experience includes the role of Admissions Manager at the University of Colorado Skaggs School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences from February 2019 to January 2022, where innovative recruitment strategies were implemented to surpass enrollment quotas. Additional experience includes serving as an Admissions Counselor at Western Illinois University from December 2016 to February 2019, overseeing the recruitment cycle for an undergraduate territory, and as Assistant Director of Admissions at Rockford University from July 2011 to 2016, where focus was placed on recruitment strategies for student-athletes and nursing candidates. McCarron holds an MBA from Rockford University and a BBA from Mid-Continent University.
