Mehdi Rahmani

Mehdi Rahmani is the General Counsel for SAAS Properties, a position held since April 2021, where responsibilities include oversight of legal matters related to client transactions, organizational governance, and mergers and acquisitions. Previously, Mehdi served as Head of Legal for the Americas at DP World from September 2019 to March 2021, and as Managing Attorney at Vazir Law, LLC from January 2014 to September 2019, focusing on corporate, real estate, and sports management practices. Early career experience includes working as an Associate at the Law Offices of John E. Heraty and Forman Holt Eliades Youngman, concentrating on civil cases related to real estate and business litigation. Mehdi holds a Juris Doctor degree from Suffolk University Law School (2011) and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst (2007).
