Shari Provence McKenna

Shari Provence McKenna, SPHR, currently serves as the Learning and Development Lead at Blend360 since March 2023. In addition to this role, Shari acts as an Advisor for SaaS Research, where evaluation and critique of people operations software and products occur. Previously, Shari held positions including Associate Director of Talent Acquisition at MERGE, Talent Acquisition Lead at Merkle, and Human Resources Business Partner/Recruiting Manager for North America at Snap-on Tools. Other significant roles include Learning and Talent Management positions at Southwest Power Pool and Acxiom Corporation, along with earlier experience in public speaking, marketing, and recruiting at Remington College and StarMed Healthcare Staffing. Shari holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Ashland University and a Bachelor of Arts from Ouachita Baptist University.
