Himanshu Joshi

Himanshu Joshi has worked in a variety of roles in the tech industry since 2008. Himanshu began their career as a Threat Researcher and Senior Threat Researcher at Actiance, Inc. (formerly Facetime). In this role, they were responsible for protocol detection, application detection, design, development and maintenance of parsers for social networks, and formulating detection signatures. In 2012, Himanshu co-founded Musetheplace, a travel information portal where bloggers could post their musings about various places. As Co-Founder, their responsibilities included encouraging travel bloggers to cover hidden aspects of places. In 2016, Himanshu became Co-Founder and CMO of Toprankers, an edtech platform for careers beyond engineering and medical. Himanshu'sresponsibilities in this role included mentoring and leading a team of growth marketers, market research, brand building, user acquisition, sales hypothesis, user activation, lead nurturing, user retention, customer delight, CRM, and leveraging customer data. Most recently, in 2021, Himanshu became the Country Manager, India & Head of Growth at Saasguru.

Himanshu Joshi's education history includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Bipin Tripathi Kumaon Institute of Technology (2003-2007), followed by an Advanced Programme in Leadership in the Digital Era from Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow (2020-2021) and an Executive Master of Business Administration from Quantic School of Business and Technology (2020-2021). Prior to this, they attended Government Inter College, Almora (2000-2002) and Vivekanand Higher Secondary School, Almora.
