Nancy Cook

Nancy Cook has over 15 years of work experience, starting in 2006. Nancy has held various roles in different companies.

From 2006 to 2009, they worked as a Sales Support Specialist at Bridge Laboratories and Gene Logic.

In 2010, they joined Catalyst Rx as a Marketing Technology Specialist and worked until 2011.

From 2011 to 2018, they worked at Appirio, starting as a Consultant and then progressing to Manager and eventually Director of Consulting Services.

In 2018, Nancy joined Spaulding Ridge as an Associate Partner and later became the Vice President of Delivery and Salesforce Consultants until 2020.

Currently, they are working at Saasinct Solutions as the Vice President of Service Delivery, starting in April 2021.

Nancy Cook obtained a BS degree in Computer Information Systems from Palm Beach Atlantic University, where they studied from 2001 to 2004. In addition, they have obtained several certifications from Salesforce, including Salesforce Certified Field Service Lightning Consultant in February 2018, Salesforce Certified Sharing and Visibility Designer in February 2018, Salesforce Certified Community Cloud Consultant in July 2017, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder in December 2015, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant in January 2012, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator in October 2011, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant in February 2011, and Salesforce Certified Administrator in June 2010.
