Jennifer Catherall

Jennifer Catherall is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in the advertising industry. Currently serving as SVP/Director of Talent Acquisition at Saatchi & Saatchi (We Are Saatchi) since October 2021, Jennifer previously held various roles including Chief Talent Officer at DDB and Director of Talent at Concept Farm. After taking a parental pause following the birth of a third child, Jennifer freelanced as a Senior Talent Professional with several agencies such as Publicis and MSL Group from October 2019 to September 2021. Jennifer began a career in recruitment at McCann New York and has a Bachelor of Arts degree from New York University.
