Hiep Nguyen

Hiep Nguyen has extensive experience in the field of HRIS and talent management. hiep worked at Alcatel-Lucent as an HR Systems Engineer from 2000 to 2003. Afterwards, they joined FedEx Kinko's as a Senior HRIS Solution Engineer, where they were responsible for the HR strategy and various technologies. In 2005, they became a Principal Business Consultant at Saba Software, a cloud-based talent management solution provider. hiep then moved up to become the Director of Services Sales at Saba Software in 2016. Hiep also had a role as a Solution Consultant at Saba Software from 2007 to 2010.

Hiep Nguyen completed their education with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Computer Information Systems from the University of North Texas, where they studied from 1996 to 2000. After that, they pursued further education and obtained a Master of Arts degree in Business Technology Information Systems from the University of Phoenix, which they completed between 2000 and 2002.
