Akash Shriram

Akash Shriram is a professional in the dairy industry with experience as a Senior Officer at Sabar Dairy since November 2022, overseeing milk chilling operations, quality testing, and workforce management. Previously, Akash served as a Technical Officer in an automated paneer production plant where responsibilities included production planning, labor management, compliance with legal requirements, and monitoring of key processes. Prior roles include in-plant training at Kolar-Chikkaballapura Milk Union and Mother Dairy, as well as a student trainee position at the Student Experimental Dairy Plant.
