Keabetswe Dichabe

Keabetswe Dichabe currently serves as the Head of Transformation at SABC, a position held since June 2025. Prior to this role, Keabetswe was the Transformation, B-BBEE & DEI Lead at Norton Rose Fulbright from July 2023 to December 2024 and the Transformation & DEI Lead at Webber Wentzel from February 2022 to June 2023. Previously, Keabetswe worked as the Transformation Officer for Hitachi Vantara South Africa and served as a Transformation and B-BBEE Specialist at Liberty Group South Africa. Keabetswe began a legal career as a Candidate Attorney at ENSafrica in 2017. Academically, Keabetswe holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of the Witwatersrand and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PDM) from Wits Business School.
