Hua Bai

Hua Bai is a highly experienced professional in process technology, currently serving as Chief Scientist at SABIC since April 2014, following a tenure as Staff Scientist within the same company. Prior to SABIC, Hua Bai held the position of R&D Technical Leader and Senior Research Scientist at Dow Chemical from April 2013 to April 2014. Hua Bai's career at The Dow Chemical Company spanned from 2000 to 2013, where various roles included Research Scientist, Process Specialist, and Senior Engineer. Hua Bai earned a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign between 1995 and 2000.
