Kumaran Balasubramanian

Kumaran Balasubramanian is a Senior Instrument Engineer at SABIC since October 2013, specializing in Front End Engineering Design (FEED) and Detailed Engineering and Design (DEP) for brown field and reliability projects. Prior to SABIC, Kumaran worked at Indian Additives Limited as Superintendent (Control & Instrumentation) for three years, where responsibilities included planning and executing maintenance activities to ensure 99% plant availability. Kumaran also served as Assistant Manager at Tamilnadu Petroproducts Ltd from August 2005 to October 2010, with similar focus on instrumentation and control systems maintenance. Kumaran holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Instrumentation from Annamalai University, completed in 2005, and prior educational qualifications include a High School Diploma from S.M.H. Higher Secondary School and a Secondary School Certificate from the University of Southern California.
