Shawn Aric Haywood

Shawn Aric Haywood is a seasoned professional in the chemical engineering field, currently serving as the Process Capability Leader at SABIC since December 2013, overseeing production metrics for the Brine Recovery facility. Prior to this role, Shawn held various positions at Milliken & Company, including Process Availability Leader, where responsibilities included managing operations for the process improvement department focused on Plastic Additives, and Sr. Product / Process Engineer, leading performance metrics for the Millad® BB processes.
