Yasir Alotaibi

Yasir Alotaibi, Assoc CIPD, CHRP, currently serves as Senior Manager of Workforce Planning at SABIC since January 2024, leading a team to convert long-term Strategic Workforce Plans into operational ones. Prior to this role, Yasir was the Manpower & Data Analysis Manager at BAE Systems from March 2019 to January 2024, providing essential manpower support and ensuring the alignment of skilled resources with organizational demands. Yasir also held the position of Strategic Resourcing Leader, managing talent pools and resourcing requirements for the M&CA community. Earlier experience includes serving as a Manpower Analyst at the Ministry of National Guard Health Affairs from April 2014 to March 2019 and working in various technical and leadership roles at MBUZZ Group, BT Al-Saudia, and the Saudi Arabian Cultural Mission in New Zealand. Yasir holds a Marketing Management degree and a Bachelor's in Software Engineering from the University of Otago.
