Ranier Reglos is an experienced beverage director currently leading programs at Crush'd Wine Bar & Kitchen and Sabio on Main, where significant achievements include boosting sales by 20% and earning Wine Spectator’s Award of Excellence in 2024. At Crush'd, Ranier manages the cocktail program, oversees wine pairings with culinary directors, and maintains vendor relationships to ensure product availability. With a certification as a sommelier from the Court of Master Sommeliers, Americas, and a background in management roles at venues such as Social-Affair Lounge and Total Wine & More, Ranier combines culinary knowledge with sales expertise to enhance customer experiences in the beverage industry. Education includes a certification from the French Culinary Institute in 2011.
