Rosana Marrero

Rosana Marrero has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Rosana is currently working at Sabio as a Lead People Partner since April 2023. Prior to that, they were employed at BlueOptima, where they held multiple roles. From August 2022 to January 2023, they served as a Human Resources Business Partner for the UK and USA, working closely with senior management to drive organizational effectiveness and providing guidance on performance management and development for over 120 employees.
