Anna Mohr, SHRM-SCP

Anna Mohr, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Anna is currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Sabra Health Care REIT, Inc. Here, they partner with leadership to achieve organizational goals and maintain a positive culture. Anna leads and directs all HR functions, including compliance with federal and multi-state laws, policies and procedures, diversity and inclusion, training and development, recruiting and hiring, performance management, employee relations, and compensation and benefits. Anna also oversees 401(k) retirement and payroll using Paylocity.

Prior to their current role, Anna worked as a Human Resources Manager at Fitzgerald & Campbell, A Professional Law Corporation from July 2019 to April 2020. Anna has also held the position of Director of Administrative Services at Steven Hirsch & Associates from December 2007 to January 2019. In this role, they had concurrent responsibilities across human resources, administrative, and finance activities. Anna collaborated with leadership to develop and implement organizational development strategies and managed cross-functional teams.

Anna's work experience also includes a role as the Director of Performance - Contractor at Master Connection Associates from August 2006 to December 2007. During this time, they reviewed and analyzed business activities to influence human resources strategy development and played a key role in developing a coaching business niche, which significantly increased revenue.

Anna Mohr, SHRM-SCP is currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration and Management, General at Colorado State University Global. Anna started their studies in 2018 and is expected to complete their degree in 2023. Prior to this, Anna earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Computer Science from Irvine Valley College in 2002.

In terms of additional certifications, Anna obtained the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in June 2018. Anna also completed the Human Resources: Using Metrics to Drive HR Strategy course offered by LinkedIn in September 2019. In addition, Anna became a Talent Optimization Certified Consultant through TalentOptimization.org by The Predictive Index in April 2020.
