Justin Hatchett is an MBA graduate specializing in Project Management, holding a robust background in software testing and engineering. Currently serving as the P-8A TOMS Software Test Lead and Embedded Engineer at Sabre Systems Inc. since April 2019, Justin previously worked with the US Navy for over two decades, culminating in the role of Assistant Operational Test Director. In this capacity, Justin developed comprehensive test plans, coordinated training, and executed live test events for P-8A aircraft and simulators, significantly contributing to the effectiveness and reliability of military aviation systems. Additional experiences include roles as a P-8A Instructor Tactical Coordinator, Naval Flight Officer Student, and P-3C In-Flight Technician.
