Suzanne Smith

Suzanne Smith is an experienced professional in the hospitality industry with a strong focus on revenue management and customer success. Currently serving as Director of Delivery Management for the Americas at Sabre Corporation since June 2016, Suzanne's previous roles include Manager of Customer Success and Education at the same company, and various positions at Hilton Worldwide, including Manager of Revenue Management Learning & Development. Additional experience spans multiple leadership roles in revenue management and operations at Interstate Hotels & Resorts, El Conquistador Resort, Park Hyatt Philadelphia, and several Hyatt properties. Suzanne holds a B.A. in Sociology from Rutgers University.
