Alana S. James

Alana S. James is an Economics major at Spelman College, expected to graduate in May 2026. Notable recent experiences include participation as an MBA Readiness Program Scholar at UCLA Anderson School of Management, where Alana was awarded a full scholarship to engage in a rigorous 10-week program. Alana has also interned at Luminis Health in Marketing and Communications, conducting social media analysis and content creation, and at ViableEdu as a Financial and Technological Analytics Apprentice, gaining insights into financial concepts and the impact of technology on markets. Prior experience includes serving as a Hostess Server at Sabrina's Cafe and participating as a Leaders of Tomorrow Member with the National Black MBA Association, where Alana contributed to impactful speeches and represented Philadelphia in a national competition.
