Saba Safiari

Saba Safiari has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various industries. In 1998, they started their career at Whiting's Foods, Inc as a Cashier, Cook, Logistics, and Store Manager. Saba quickly progressed to the role of Area Manager at the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, where they supervised over 200 employees and managed 11 store fronts. During their time there, they developed strong attention to detail and customer satisfaction skills.

In 2004, Saba Safiari worked as a Research and Development Intern at the San Francisco 49ers. Saba then joined Amazon in 2017, starting as an Area Manager II, where they oversaw the operations of a sortation center, focusing on flow management, customer package promise, and efficiency. Saba achieved all major KPIs for the year and utilized analytical tools to forecast future work and productivity.

Saba Safiari also held roles at Simple Kneads as the Director of Sales, at Zulily as a Senior Operations Change Manager, and at SaBSaF Logistics as the Chief Executive Officer for Amazon DSP. Saba currently serves as the President for FedEx TSP at RaFSaF Logistics Inc and is the Chief Operating Officer at Sequence Sciences.

Additionally, Saba Safiari had a successful career in the US Marine Corps, starting in 2004 as an Officer Candidate and eventually becoming an Inactive Ready Reserve (IRR) Logistics Officer. Saba held various roles within the Marine Corps, including Senior Operations and Logistics Manager, where they managed an international team and established strategic partnerships. Saba also served as a Project Manager/Exercise Planner, overseeing logistical requirements for multiple countries and supporting communication between nearly 40 countries and 20,000 personnel.

In 2021, Saba Safiari became a franchise owner and Nationwide Principal for Pick-up & Delivery Laundry Service at Speed Queen Laundry.

Saba Safiari has a diverse education history. Saba started with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Philosophy from the University of California, Santa Cruz in an unspecified period before 2005.

Saba then went on to complete a Master's Degree in Leadership Studies from Marshall University from 2011 to 2013.

Saba pursued further education at the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management from 2016 to 2018.

Saba later attended Marine Corps University and obtained a Command and Staff College Degree in Operational and Strategic Studies from 2019 to 2021.

In 2010 to 2012, Saba obtained an Expeditionary Warfare School Certification from the Marine Corps University.

Additionally, they completed the Combined Logistics Captain's Career Course in Global Logistics at the Army Logistics University in 2013.

Saba also holds a certification as a Six Sigma Lean Black Belt Professional (LBBP) from the Management and Strategy Institute, which was obtained in 2018.
