Paul Michael Becker

Paul Michael Becker, BCMHC, SPHR, IPMA-CP, currently serves as the Senior People Success Partner at SAC Health, where responsibilities include managing Employee Relations and Organizational Development for the largest specialty-based and teaching Federally Qualified Health Center in the United States. Becker has held various significant roles in human resources across multiple organizations, including positions at Inland Empire SHRM, West Valley Water District, Maury Microwave, and Paychex, among others. With a strong foundation in both private and public sector HR, Becker has demonstrated leadership and a commitment to the HR community through volunteer positions and extensive training in management and leadership.
