Advocate Mpati Qofa Lebakeng

Advocate Mpati Qofa Lebakeng is a distinguished legal professional with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as a Board Member at the South African Civil Aviation Authority (SACAA) since May 2023, Advocate Lebakeng has also been an Advocate at the Pan African Bar Association of South Africa since April 2020 and at the Alliance Group Investments since December 2022. As the Chief Legal Officer at South African Airways since April 2018, Advocate Lebakeng oversees legal matters for the airline. Additionally, Advocate Lebakeng has been with the Duma Nokwe Group of Advocates since January 2013, and has founded Black Tax Motion Pictures in November 2006. Previously, Advocate Lebakeng was the Head of Corporate and Commercial Law at Kwinana & Partners Inc. from June 2005 to December 2011. Advocate Lebakeng holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the National University of Lesotho, completed in 2007.
