Rachel McCall is an experienced educational leader currently serving as the Co-Host of the podcast "Stepping into [ed]Leadership," which delves into the stories and motivations behind individuals in leadership roles within the educational sector. With a career that spans over two decades at Woodcroft College, Rachel holds multiple titles, including Deputy Principal - Quality Learning and Teaching, where responsibilities include overseeing educational quality and teaching standards, and previously worked as a teacher in History, English, and Drama. Additionally, Rachel has extensive involvement with the SACE Board as a moderator and marker for drama and modern history, alongside their experience as a casual lecturer in History Methodology at Flinders University and an assistant examiner for the International Baccalaureate. Rachel McCall holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) and a Graduate Diploma in Education from the University of Adelaide.

SACE Board
The SACE Board of South Australia is responsible for the accreditation of subjects, the recognition of learning and the assessment of student learning as part of the South Australian Certificate of Education (SACE). The office of the SACE Board has a full-time staff of approximately 80, who work in partnership with schools to implement the Board’s curriculum and assessment policies.
