Rachel McCall is an experienced educational leader currently serving as the Co-Host of the podcast "Stepping into [ed]Leadership," which delves into the stories and motivations behind individuals in leadership roles within the educational sector. With a career that spans over two decades at Woodcroft College, Rachel holds multiple titles, including Deputy Principal - Quality Learning and Teaching, where responsibilities include overseeing educational quality and teaching standards, and previously worked as a teacher in History, English, and Drama.
