Carlo Tucci

Carlo Tucci has over 25 years of experience in human resources and administration. Currently, Carlo serves as the Head of People Experience at SACE, a role held since May 2008, overseeing payroll certification for approximately 800 employees and collaborators, managing relationships with public entities, and handling expatriate administration across eight countries. Carlo also defines the personnel budget for the entire SACE Group and has led key projects, including a transition between payroll service providers and the implementation of a unified HR software platform. Prior to SACE, Carlo worked as a Payroll Administrator at Bristol-Myers Squibb from May 2001 to April 2008. Carlo holds a law degree from Sapienza Università di Roma, obtained between 1991 and 1996, and completed studies at Sdoa from 1999 to 2000.
