Lucinda Holland is an experienced Chief Operations Officer currently serving at Gloss Ventures and SACHEU Beauty, both since February 2023. With a strong background in consulting and brand strategy through L Holland Consulting, established in January 2021, Lucinda specializes in enabling early-stage founders in the consumer packaged goods industry to align product, sales, and customer experience for sustainable growth. Previously, as Director of Brand Operations at AMBARI, Lucinda managed all aspects of brand operations and strategic objectives. Lucinda also held the role of Chief Operations Officer at Sdara Skincare, contributing significantly to product development and regulatory compliance, and served as Director of Product Development at Vitelle Dermatology Lab, where Lucinda expanded private label offerings. Early career experience includes positions as Clinical Aesthetician and Cosmetic Manager at Pacific Derm.
