Wayne Kelley

Wayne Kelley has extensive work experience in the field of chemistry. Wayne started their career at Brady Corporation in 1987, where they held various roles such as Chemist, Development Chemist, and Sr. Chemist. At Brady Corporation, they developed technology platforms for high-performance coated films and formulated print receptive coatings. Wayne received several awards for their technical achievements.

In 2001, Wayne joined SIM USA as a Short Term Associate, where they were part of a multinational adult education project team in Ethiopia. Wayne was responsible for developing literacy, agriculture, and health education programs and also worked as a teacher at an international school.

In 2005, Wayne returned to Brady Corporation as a Sr. Chemist and later took on the role of Senior Lead Chemist. In these roles, they worked on formulation and characterization of elastomer compounds and led research projects. Wayne also contributed to the development of material building block strategies and collaborated with global cross-functional teams.

Most recently, Wayne joined SACO AEI Polymers in 2023 as a Principal Chemist. However, specific details about this role are not provided.

Wayne Kelley earned a B.S. in Chemistry from Illinois State University in 1986. In 2016, they obtained a Theology Certificate from Moore Theological College.
