Richard Walker

Richard Walker has over 25 years of experience in project management within the education sector. Currently serving as Project Specialist II at Sacramento County Office of Education since February 2009, Richard previously held the position of Project Manager at CTB/McGraw-Hill from February 2003 to February 2009 and at Educational Data Systems, Inc. from May 1997 to February 2003. Richard obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography from California State University-Sacramento, where studies were completed between 1991 and 1995.
