The Safety and Human Resources team at Sacramento Drilling is responsible for ensuring a safe and compliant work environment while managing the workforce effectively. The Safety Manager and Safety Coordinator develop and enforce safety protocols, conduct site inspections, and provide training to minimize workplace hazards. The Human Resources team, including the HR Manager and Human Resources Director, oversees recruitment, employee relations, benefits, and compliance with labor laws, ensuring that the company attracts, retains, and nurtures top talent.
