Anatoliy Biskupets is a Workforce Development Professional at the Sacramento Employment and Training Agency (SETA) since October 2002. Previously, Anatoliy served as a Board Member of the Advisory Committee at the Ukrainian Federal Credit Union from 2003 to March 2016. Anatoliy holds a Bachelor of Science in Career Technical Studies from California State University-Sacramento and an Associate's Degree in Computer and Business Management from American River College, completed between 1996 and 2000.
