Stephanie Green

Stephanie Green is an experienced environmental professional with a focus on regulatory compliance, environmental permitting, and risk management in housing and capital improvement projects. Currently serving as Program Manager for Federal Programs and Environmental Manager/Coordinator at the Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency since May 2016, Stephanie leads strategic efforts in environmental review, conducts comprehensive analyses, and ensures adherence to environmental laws. Prior roles include Senior Project Scientist at Cardno, where environmental analyses were performed for multiple projects, and Associate Environmental Services Specialist at the City of San Jose, where project management and compliance tracking were essential. Stephanie holds a Master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning with a concentration in Environmental Planning, along with several certificates from San Jose State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies from California State University-Sacramento.
