Andrew Durkee currently serves as the Airport Manager for Airport Concessions at Sacramento International Airport, overseeing a $275 million concessions program that includes rental car, food and beverage, retail, vending, and commercial advertising programs. Key responsibilities encompass contract drafting and negotiation, construction project management, and partner relationship management. Previously, Andrew held the role of Airport Economic Development Specialist, conducting research and economic feasibility studies for airline and on-airport business development. Prior to joining Sacramento County, Andrew was a Senior Research Manager at John Burns Real Estate Consulting, where leadership included managing research analysts and overseeing data collection efforts. Andrew also has experience as a Research Associate at Hanley Wood and performed accounting and audit functions at Delta King. Andrew holds a degree in Business Administration focused on Real Estate and Land Use Affairs from California State University-Sacramento and training as a Private Pilot from Skywalk Inc.
