Joe C. serves as the Senior Airport Manager of Airport Operations, Facility, Parks & Equipment Maintenance at Sacramento County Department of Airports since January 2014, overseeing a range of responsibilities including airport capital, operations, and maintenance project development. Previous roles include airport management positions focusing on security, communications, airside operations, and general aviation. Joe C. has extensive military experience with the United States Air Force Reserves, holding various leadership positions and retiring as Senior Enlisted Leader in February 2024. An educator, Joe C. holds multiple advanced degrees in Organizational Leadership, Aviation/Airway Management, and Aeronautics from respected institutions, along with completing a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management in 2024.
