Kelly Schmidt

Kelly Schmidt is a seasoned event production manager with extensive experience in the hospitality and event management sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Event Production Manager with the Sacramento Kings since October 2021, Kelly previously held roles at Marriott International, including Special Events Production Manager, Banquet Manager, and Assistant Banquet Manager, accumulating valuable expertise from June 2019 to October 2021 and February 2017 to 2019, respectively. Earlier experience includes positions at Marriott Vacations Worldwide Corporation and Hotel Diamond, focusing on front desk operations and managerial training. Kelly began a career in service as a server and trainer at On The Border from January 2010 to August 2012. Education includes a degree in Parks and Recreation, Event Management & Resort and Lodging Management from California State University, Chico, completed between 2013 and 2015.
