Sarah Varanini

Sarah Varanini is an experienced professional who has worked in various roles in animal welfare and communication. Sarah has been with Sacramento SPCA since 2005, starting as an Animal Care Supervisor and currently holds the position of Communications Manager and PR & Social Media Specialist. Sarah has also worked as a Foster Care Coordinator, managing over 200 volunteers. With a background in Zoology/Animal Biology, Sarah's skills include veterinary technician abilities such as drawing blood, vaccinating, and behavior modification. Prior to their roles at Sacramento SPCA, Sarah held supervisory positions at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf® and Starbucks.
