Lydia Bustamante

Lydia Bustamante serves as the Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships at Sacred Heart Community Service, where leadership focuses on strategic initiatives and grassroots organizing to advance racial justice. Prior to this role, Lydia held positions at Silicon Valley Community Foundation as the Director of Financial Stability Initiatives, and at Sacred Heart Community Service in various capacities including Associate Director and Director of Community Development, demonstrating a strong commitment to community empowerment and program impact. Additional experience includes serving as Chief of Staff for the City Council Downtown District 3 in San Jose, and Program Director at Community Health Partnership, managing health services for marginalized communities. Lydia holds an M.B.A. from National University and a Bachelor's degree in American Studies with an emphasis on Community Health Education from the University of California, Berkeley.
