Joe Kendy

Joe Kendy, Jr. is an experienced attorney and legal educator with extensive expertise in corporate law, governance, and fiduciary duty. Currently serving as Fractional General Counsel at Kendy Law, LLC since 2013, Joe provides legal management to both domestic and international businesses, focusing on various aspects such as risk management, dispute resolution, and corporate governance. In addition to this role, Joe is a Lecturer at the National Academy of Continuing Legal Education, covering topics such as Sexual Harassment and Legal Ethics. As an Adjunct Professor of Law at the Elisabeth Haub School of Law, Joe runs the Corporate Law Externship Program, while also teaching business law courses at Sacred Heart University and serving on the Dean's Executive Advisory Board at Western Connecticut State University. Previous positions include Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Shiseido Americas Corporation and VP General Counsel at Zotos International, Inc. Joe holds a Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science/International Relations from Providence College.
