Michaela Rome

Michaela Rome currently serves as the Vice Provost for Institutional Effectiveness at Sacred Heart University since January 2022. Previously, Michaela held roles at several institutions including Interim/Associate Provost at the New York Institute of Technology, and Associate Provost for Institutional Effectiveness and Accreditation at The New School. Additional experience includes Assistant Provost at Manhattanville College, Assistant Vice Provost at New York University, Associate Director of Evaluation at Harlem Children's Zone, Research Associate at Metis Associates, and Writing Fellow at City College of New York. Michaela's educational background includes a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Psychology from the Graduate Center, City University of New York, a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from Tulane University, and degrees in Developmental Psychology and Psychology from Université de Montpellier Paul-Valéry.
