Renee Cassidy Pang, M.Ed. has extensive experience in the field of global education and campus programs. Renee is currently the Director of the Office of Global Education at Sacred Heart University, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to this role, they served as the Senior Associate Director and Associate Director for Global Campus Programs at the same institution. Renee started their career at Sacred Heart University as a Global Campus Recruiter in July 2015.
Before joining Sacred Heart University, Renee worked as a Study Abroad Advisor at City University of New York-College of Staten Island from December 2011 to July 2015. Prior to that, they were a US Sending Orientations Coordinator at AFS from May 2006 to July 2010.
Renee began their career as an English Language Instructor at GEOS in 2004.
Renee Cassidy Pang, M.Ed. holds a Master of Education degree in International and Comparative Education from Lehigh University. Renee also has a background in International Affairs and French from Lafayette College. Additionally, they completed the Paris Internship Program at Boston University. Their additional certifications include being a Green Dot Facilitator from Alteristic, Inc., obtaining J-1 Advising certification from NAFSA: Association of International Educators, and being an Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) Qualified Administrator Certification from HAMMER CONSULTING & SUPPORT SERVICES, LLC.
