Rafael Jaraiz is an experienced professional in project management and civil engineering, currently serving as the Head of the Technical Office at SACYR for the expansion of the new Terminal at Tenerife Sur Airport. With a robust background that includes senior roles such as Senior Project Manager for a 50 MW photovoltaic plant at Tardieu & Martinez, Project Manager at Grupo Acerta, and Site General Manager at PRODIEL, Rafael possesses a deep understanding of project estimation, quality control, and resource management. Rafael's academic credentials include a degree in Civil Engineering from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and a Master's in Real Estate Development and Urbanism, further enhancing expertise in engineering, transportation, and communications.
