Hugh Liu

Hugh Liu has extensive experience in technical program management and project management across various technology companies. Currently, as the Head of Technical Program Management and China Office at PayJoy since May 2018, Hugh leads key initiatives and oversees operations. Previous roles include Project Manager at myCharge, where project management skills were honed, and at ATI Electronics Technology. Hugh's career began at Silicon Valley Technology Partners, where foundational roles in product management and establishing the China office were undertaken. Earlier experience includes a position as Assistant Engineer at d.light design, focusing on testing and product validation. Hugh holds a Master of Business Administration in Business Strategy from Xinjiang University and a College Degree in Electronic and Information Engineering from Hunan First Normal University.
