Rafael Navas Rodriguez is an experienced civil engineer with a degree in Ingeniería de Caminos, Canales y Puertos from the Universidad de Granada, completed in 1999. Since June 2021, Rafael has been working as a Ingeniero de Caminos at SACYR.
