Heather Sundheim

Heather Sundheim has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Heather is currently working at SADA as the Managing Director of Solutions Engineering, a position they have held since February 2023. Before this role, they were the Director of Technical Account Manager and the West Regional Lead - Technical Account Manager at SADA. Prior to joining SADA, Heather worked at Taos as a DevOps Engineer and a Google Cloud Platform Support Specialist. Heather also worked as a DevOps Engineer at Blemobi Technology Inc. and as a Lead Technical Administrator at eHarmony. Heather started their career as a Program Administrator at Insight Treatment Programs and as a Program Advisor at California Lutheran University. Heather also gained experience as an Administrative Manager at Computer & Business Information Systems (CBIS). Throughout their career, they have acquired expertise in areas such as cloud engineering, technical account management, software support, and program administration.

Heather Sundheim holds a Bachelor's Degree from UC Santa Barbara with a minor in Mathematics. Heather has also completed a course in Python Basics through edX. In addition, they have obtained certifications as a Google Cloud Platform Certified Professional Cloud Architect and an AWS Certified Developer from AWS Elemental, an Amazon Web Services Company.
