Salamah Aldhafiri

Salamah ALDhafiri is a seasoned professional in sustainability and environmental protection, currently serving as the Sustainability & Environment Protection Director at Sadara Chemical Company since June 2015. In this role, Salamah acts as a corporate advisor and administrator for the company's EHS&S policies and serves as a key liaison for external relations with national and international agencies regarding environmental health and safety sustainability. Previously, Salamah held positions at Sahara Petrochemicals as HSE Section Head, where responsibilities included facilitating the transition from construction to production phases and developing HSE standards, and as HSE Engineer at Saudi Petrochemical Company SADAF, focusing on industrial hygiene programs. Earlier career experience includes roles as a Lab Technician at the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu and the Arabic Oil Company. Salamah holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemistry from Kuwait University.
