Harshil Aghera

Harshil Aghera is a seasoned operations and technology executive with extensive experience in logistics and supply chain management. Currently serving as Senior Director of Technology and Innovation at Saddle Creek Logistics Services since September 2022, Aghera previously held the position of Vice President of Operations at REEF, leading S&OP initiatives across the US, Canada, and Asia. Aghera's career includes significant roles at Chewy, responsible for a $1B+ P&L and 16 direct reports, as well as key positions at Amazon, where Aghera managed multi-billion dollar operations and pioneered initiatives in robotics and fulfillment technology. Aghera holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University, complemented by a minor in Business Administration.
