Jimmy Hernandez

Jimmy Hernandez has a strong background in the culinary industry, with experience as a Head Chef at Saddle Ranch Chop House since May 2016. Prior to that, they worked as an Executive Corporate Chef at Mexx32/Delux from March 2015 to July 2015. From November 2014 to March 2015, Jimmy served as an Executive Kitchen Manager at The Village Tavern, Inc. Jimmy also worked as an Executive Chef at Tempe's Front Porch from May 2013 to November 2014. Lastly, Jimmy has extensive experience as an Executive Chef at Monti's La Casa Vieja since February 2009, where they have successfully managed a large staff, implemented cost controls, increased sales, and handled various functions and dining room operations.
