Dr. Tim Bain

Medical Director Saddlebrook Sports Performance at Saddlebrook Resort

Dr. Tim Bain has a diverse work experience in the field of sports medicine and wellness. Dr. Tim started their career as the President of Bain Sports Performance and Family Wellness in 2002 and held this position until 2011. During this time, they also served as the Medical Director at Saddlebrook Sports Performance, where they worked on integrating scientific methodology with program design and specialized in treating athletes.

In 2004, Dr. Bain founded B3 Medical, where they worked as the CEO and focused on creating a healthcare system that promotes overall wellness. Dr. Tim also served as the President of the company until 2015.

Additionally, Dr. Bain was a Team Physician for the Tampa Bay Lightning hockey team, starting in 2011. Dr. Tim provided medical support and care for the team.

From 2014 onwards, Dr. Bain served as a Medical Advisor for Athletes Recovery, a residential treatment facility for athletes struggling with substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.

Overall, Dr. Tim Bain has extensive experience as a sports physician, leader in wellness and treatment facilities, and a focus on providing specialized care for athletes.

Dr. Tim Bain obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Biology/Psychology from Manhattan College, which they attended from 1984 to 1988. Dr. Tim then attended Life University from 1998 to 2001, where they earned a Doctor of Chiropractic degree, as well as additional certifications such as FAAIM and C.C.S.P., and a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Medicine, Biology, and Chiropractic. Later, from 2014 to 2016, Dr. Bain pursued a Master's Degree in Executive Healthcare Leadership from Brown University.
