Diego Martinez Bauer is a skilled agronomist with a diverse background in agricultural management and quality control. Currently serving as the Farm Manager at Saddlehill since July 2023, Diego has previously held positions including Project Manager at Good Works Building Contractors and Fresh Fruit Quality Control Inspector at Decofrut Inc, where responsibilities included inspecting fruit quality upon importation to the U.S. and generating detailed reports. Other notable experience includes irrigation supervision and crop management at Agrícola El Capricho, quality control at Univiveros, and various roles within fruit harvesting and logistical management at Agrícola Santa Amelia. Diego holds a degree in Agronomy from Universidad del Pacífico, obtained between 2013 and 2017.
