Maxime Leleu

Maxime Leleu currently holds the position of Responsable RH at RTE international since March 2021 and previously served as Gestionnaire RH. Prior experience includes a role as Chargé de mission RH at Cigierre - Compagnia Generale Ristorazione Spa from September 2018 to February 2021, where responsibilities involved personnel administration, developing HR policies, recruitment for restaurant openings, payroll management, disciplinary follow-ups, and employer branding. Maxime also contributed to the Old Wild West concept and participated in the launch of 11 restaurants in France. Earlier roles include Chargé de recrutement at Adecco Outsourcing, focusing on recruitment processes and partnerships, and a clinical psychology internship where observational and analytical skills were developed. Educational background comprises a Master in Human Resource Management from IPAG Business School and a License in Clinical Psychology from Université Paris Nanterre, along with a Baccalauréat in Economics and Social Sciences from Lycée français Alioune Blondin Beye de Luanda.
